i think im too skinny and i wanna gain weight…i think im eating too many healthy stuff like fruits, veggies, vitamin water, soy milk, healthy cereals, sushi and apple sauce…but i also eat junk food and sometimes fatten food but it doesnt help like pizza, chips, candy, soda, chinese take out(im chinese), and all that stuff sometimes…my brother said that he got fatter by drinking a lot of those ensure milks….any suggestions to help me gain weight?
ppl and myself tell me that im too skinny cuz i really am…some even think that i have an eating disorder and i dont and never had

    drink protein shakes not ensure.. or eat lots of pasta and meats, red steaks will put on good weight , protein
